About Community Physician Group

Community Physician Group is a multi-specialty medical group based in Missoula, Montana. We have more than 20 locations throughout Western Montana so that we can provide convenient medical care to patients no matter where they live. When care is needed for a minor injury or illness right away, Community FirstCare has trained providers ready to help patients of all ages—from babies to seniors. With walk-in care 7-days week including holidays and two convenient Missoula locations.

We are affiliated with Missoula's premiere health system, Community Medical Center & Community Children’s. Insurance is accepted and self-pay rates are available.
